Register for the 2021 IT Professionals Conference

IT professionals in CALS and across campus are encouraged to attend the upcoming UW–Madison IT Professionals Conference, an event created by IT professionals for IT professionals, which will take place June 3–4, 2021.  There will be a wide variety of pre-recorded sessions as well as live interactive sessions, with the majority of the content developed and presented by campus IT colleagues.  Please register in advance for this special event.

Mar Hicks

The keynote speaker this year is Mar Hicks, who will kick things off with a discussion on the topic: “Useful Histories? Women in Computing and Resisting Business as Usual in Tech.” This is a great opportunity to hear about how IT professionals on campus can build a stronger community of engagement, inclusion, and diversity.

In addition to the presentations, workshops, and live Q&A sessions, this event is also an opportunity to celebrate our amazing UW IT Community with the 2nd Annual IT Recognition Awards on Friday, June 4th, which will be followed by a Virtual Happy Hour. For the most current information on the IT Professionals Conference 2021, visit the IT Professionals Conference Website:
